Service Expansion: We expanded our footprint into new regions, allowing us to serve more families across North-Central PA. By opening our new branch in Centre County and increasing our presence, we are now able to offer our expert care services to an even larger population.
Team Growth: With the increase in demand, we’ve also seen an exponential growth in our workforce, bringing on high quality, compassionate caregivers who share our commitment to excellent service. Through ongoing training, we’ve ensured that every caregiver is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Our initiative to provide our caregivers with smart phones has not only improved our operational efficiency but has also strengthened the trust our clients and caregivers place in us.

Technology-Driven Solutions: In response to new reporting requirements, we continue to require electronic visit verification (EVV) systems, allowing for real-time data tracking and more transparent communication with healthcare providers. These systems have helped us remain compliant with state and federal mandates while improving the overall care experience for clients.
Impact on Billing and Reimbursement: Regulatory changes surrounding billing and reimbursement processes have prompted us to reassess our financial workflows. We have worked diligently to ensure that our clients continue to receive the most cost-effective care, and we’ve refined our billing processes to align with any new rules around VA and Medicaid reimbursement.
